About

We've often observed that people stagnate or get hurt by looking for shortcuts. We'll clarify this for you: there are no shortcuts to develop upper body gains & strength. You must at all costs avoid not being demanding on yourself and not performing the exercises with perfect technique. Hanging exercises must be performed with perfect posture, and those with limited gymnastics experience require increased awareness of training, whether at the level of the abdominals, glutes or quadriceps. GYM BLOC 2 Gym Bloc 2 will have you working on mastering kipping pull-ups and eccentric HSPU It is a 12-week program that takes place 2x/week, lasting approximately 1 hour each session, designed to strengthen your skills and improve your strength. “Dreams are the plans of our destiny”
