GYMNASTICS DEPT.

Our gymnastics classes offer a specialized focus on body control, core strength, and dynamic movements. These classes are designed to improve coordination and overall body awareness.

Whether you’re a beginner or have prior gymnastics experience, we provide a progressive approach to developing skills such as handstand push-ups, ring work, pull-ups, and more.

WEIGHTLIFTING LAB

Come and explore your strength in our weightlifting classes. We focus on the technical aspects of the snatch and clean and jerk.

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our classes provide a structured environment to refine your technique, increase your power, and improve your strength.
