Cloud 9 Bodybuilding is a high-volume hypertrophy program designed to build muscle, improve local muscular endurance, and refine your movement quality without the constant high intensity of CrossFit. You’ll work through sets with a consistent rep scheme that forces you to focus on technique, pacing, and choosing the right load. The repetition is humbling, but it’s also where progress happens. Moderate loads and high reps develop the endurance your muscles need to become more well-rounded. It’s the perfect “off-season” style cycle to grow, strengthen weak links, and give your joints a break from daily intensity. To support muscle growth, we’ve added a Zone 2 recovery/cardio session. It boosts aerobic capacity, improves circulation, and helps you recover so you can attack the next sessions with quality.
